Every piece you see in the shop is built entirely by hand by me, Lauren, and fired twice in the kiln to over 2300°F. Because each ceramic work is one-of-a-kind and hand-formed, measurements are approximate and natural variations in size and shape will occur. These differences are part of what make each piece unique.

I strive to ensure that every item closely reflects the photographs shown. For Made-to-Order pieces, please note that you are purchasing a hand-replicated likeness of the original design — no two works will ever be exactly the same.

Ceramic glazes develop subtle variations with each kiln firing. All glazes used on functional pieces are food safe and lead free. Slight differences in color, tone, and surface appearance are natural and contribute to the individuality of every work.

My goal is always to provide the highest level of craftsmanship and quality. If a piece leaves my studio, it is because I believe it reflects the standards and care that define my practice.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Final

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of each ceramic piece, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or aesthetic preference.

Each work is individually crafted and described as accurately as possible. Please review measurements and photos carefully before purchasing.

BREAKAGE / DAMAGE POLICY

While every order is packed with extreme care using protective materials, ceramics are fragile by nature. If your piece arrives damaged:

  1. Email (L@theTALLstudio.com) within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging and box exterior

    • Your order number

  3. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.

Once verified, I will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is the upmost important to The Tall Studio and is always protected never shared.

Handmade Nature
All works are handmade. Variations in form, texture, and glaze are intentional and part of the artistic process.

Product Representation
Every effort is made to photograph and describe items accurately. Slight color/texture differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

Intellectual Property
All images, artwork, and content on this website are the property of the artist and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Right to Refuse Service
Orders may be cancelled at my discretion if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
