Is there a shipping cost?
No! We are proud to offer complimentary shipping on domestic orders.
Shipping & Processing
All pieces are carefully inspected, wrapped, and packaged by hand in my studio.
Please allow 3–5 business days for ready-to-ship items to be processed before dispatch. Custom or made-to-order pieces will ship within an agreed timeframe.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS / UPS with tracking. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves the studio, shipping speed is determined by the carrier.

Do you live in Chicago? Local Delivery
Yes — local delivery is available within Chicago.
If you are located in the Chicago area, contact me directly L@theTALLstudio.com to coordinate a drop-off time. Delivery timing will be confirmed after purchase.
Local delivery helps reduce shipping risk for larger or more delicate ceramic pieces.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship worldwide, although additional charges, duties and taxes may occur and are the responsibility of the client. We will contact you and work together through the shipping process.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Can my order be rushed?
Yes! We will always work with you to make your deadline. Please email hello@thetallstudio.com within 24 hours of placing an order if you are interested in rushed processing. Additional charges may incur.
